All IPID officers and committee chairs must be enrolled graduate/professional students for the following school year at the University of Minnesota and registered for at least six credits.
Membership is open to all students. To become a member, one must fill out a membership interest form and return it to the secretary of the club. Members are also encouraged to form, participate in, and/or lead activities and sub-groups around the IPID mission.
Students across disciplines are encouraged to run for officer positions on the IPID executive board, lead an IPID talk, contribute a piece of literature to the journal, organize an IPID event, suggest ideas for an IPID event, and attend an IPID event. IPID consistently reaches out to IPID members with surveys in order to gauge how the organization is doing, and how members would like to see the organization grow. Members provide insightful feedback on themes that they wish to explore and programming ideas that they have for the organization to pursue. This feedback has allowed IPID to create a film series, target IPID talks to participant interests, and consistently remain engaged with our members.
Email IPID, email@example.com, for more information and/or a membership form.
